Education Reimbursement

Annually,  ​OC APIC sets aside funds to offer our members financial assistance to participate in or attend infection prevention educational offerings.

If you are interested in applying for educational reimbursement this year, please complete the application by clicking the link below or scanning the QR code.

Eligibility:

1. The applicant must be a member of the OC APIC Chapter for at least one calendar year immediately prior to time of application and have attended at least60% of the chapter business meetings during that time AND
2. Applicant must plan to present a 15-minute presentation on learnings from the educational event, at an OC APIC chapter business meeting, to receive reimbursement. The presentation will occur in an agreed upon month following the education event. 
3. Applicant must not have received an OC APIC Education Reimbursement in the last 2 years.
